Orders
-Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique number; orders are final and non-refundable.
For incorrect color or size orders, contact us via direct message (@rufrey.studio) or email (rufreystudio@gmail.com) within 24 hours with your order number for possible exchange if alternate size or color is available
-In case of product supply shortage, customers will be promptly notified for a refund via FPS /Payme or exchange for an available item
-Color variations may occur due to different lighting or displays; refunds or exchanges are not accepted

Shipping
-Upon payment and confirmation, in-stock items will be shipped within 3-7 working days.
-Upon payment and confirmation, pre-order items will be shipped within 7-14 working days, (not including weekends) based on factory availability
-We only ship to HK for now with SF express and customer will covers shipping costs based on purchased item weight and delivery location
-Orders over $1500 will enjoy free shipping with SF express
Payments
-Credit cards/Apple Pay/Google Pay are accepted
-FPS/Payme/Bank Transfer are accepted also
-Ensure to capture a screenshot of your transaction and send it to our direct message (@rufrey.studio). Kindly complete your payment within 1 hour post purchase to avoid automatic order cancellation. Appreciate your cooperation!
